Value-added benefit offers more information and Web traffic for exhibitors/sponsors.

In a time of tight budgets and cost-cutting, we know how important it is to get as much mileage as possible out of all of your marketing efforts. In order to add additional value for our conference exhibitors and sponsors, the AICPA has partnered with Digitell, Inc. to build a new online exhibitor and sponsor directory — www.aicpapatrons.org. Starting with PFP 2009 and offered at selected AICPA conferences, this new directory offers our exhibitors and patron sponsors the ability to be in front of their target audience 365 days per year.

“The directory is tied to our conference materials page, in which members and conference participants can download or purchase materials and presentations from the conference, offering year-round traffic for our exhibitors and sponsors. The new site makes it easy for participants to find the products and services they need to solve their business problems,” explained Cheryl Callahan, senior manager of Direct Sales Marketing on how the new tool works. “They will be able to find a vendor easily, see information about their products or services and contact them before and after the conference,” she added.

This fully-automated "living" Directory allows exhibitors and sponsors to manage their listings directly throughout the year, making updates as often as needed. There are two types of listings:

BASIC — This is free to all exhibitors at selected AICPA conferences and includes:

  • Company logo
  • Company name, address, telephone and fax
  • Company Web site link
  • Contact name and e-mail address
  • Booth number (if applicable)
  • 50-word company description

PREMIUM — This is free for all Patron Sponsors (or is available as an upgrade to Exhibitors for $500). In addition to all of the Basic listing options, Premium listings include:

  • 250 word company description
  • Press releases or news articles
  • Product listings with images
  • Product videos
  • Executive photos and bios
  • Contact form
  • Directions map

If you have questions, contact your Account Manager or call 800-873-1677 (option 2).
