Payment
and Cancellation Policy
In order to guarantee
space reservation, complete the conference exhibit application and with your mail check
payable to AICPA. Credit Card payments are also accepted. Payment
must be received in advance of conference, if not you will not be
allowed to set-up exhibit until paid.
All exhibit/sponsorship cancellation requests must be in writing and received by AICPA 30 days or more prior to the start of conference. A charge of $100 will be deducted from any refund on cancellations.
Cancellation of exhibit space received less than 30 days prior to the conference will not entitle the exhibitor to any refund on the cancelled space.
